Craftsmanship and tradition are the foundation for our Roasted Pumpkin Seed Oil: The pumpkins mature on the fields of our organic farmers in Austria and Hungary. After the harvest, the large, hull-less oil pumpkin seeds are peeled from the pumpkins, cleaned in clear water and then gently roasted so that the wonderful roasted aromas can develop. For our Pumpkin Seed Oil, we only press the seeds of the “Styrian pumpkin” variety.
