The flavoured olive oils by Oilalà are made with a superior quality 100% Italian Extra Virgin olive oil, obtained with a continuous cycle mill and a cold pressing (25°) to preserve the organoleptic features and the precious substances with undisputed beneficial properties for our health, such as polyphenols, mono-unsaturated and vitamin E. To this Extra Virgin olive oil, it has seemed ideal adding various natural aromas, to a more special and adaptable dressing.
