The first chocolate produced with certified "Siracusa Lemon PGI" zests, processed manually by separating the skin of the lemons, then dried for 36-40 hours at about 30 °C. Similarly to our orange zests, the lemon zests are perceived in a continuous alternation with the decisive aromatic notes of our chocolate. The result is a very joyful and fresh citrusy flavour, delicate and soft, which evolves gradually in your mouth leaving a persistent after-taste.
