It stands out for its balsamic properties in respiratory conditions. These organic eucalyptus honeys have an amber color that crystallizes in golden tones. They provide a floral aroma with a touch of wax. The intensity of the aroma is medium and has a short-lasting effect. Its flavor is sweet and slightly acidic.
