Blend obtained from Nocellara and Cerasuola olives hand-picked from crops on the western side of Sicily. Qualitatively the oil is medium-intense fruity with an excellent vegetal and balsamic bouquet, in the mouth there is a good and balanced sensation of bitter and spicy, in the finish the oil is harmonious and fragrant.
