Our tomato puree are exclusively produced from fresh tomato, carefully selected and processed within 24 hours from the harvest. We want to bring back to the table only the true flavor of our tomato, as homemade preserves used to be. With a rich texture, a bit pulp with seeds and a bit cream. It is extremely indicated if you want to fully enjoy the taste of the tomato.
